Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibility / Customer Service
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
- Provide accurate and current information about the products
- Management of customer mailing list
- Maintain and operate the POS system
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with teamwork
- Handle phone inquiries
Merchandising and Maintenance
- Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked
- All merchandise must be neat and featured merchandise should be prominently displayed in each section
- Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum ITE certificate.
