- Singapore’s highest rated (according to TripAdvisor, Specialty Lodging category) boutique flashpacker's hostel in Chinatown seeks an assistant front desk superstar to help run the hostel efficiently, effectively and fabulously!
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of the front desk (including check-in/outs) and dealing with guest relations.
Working with all areas of our operations: maintenance, housekeeping, cafe lounge, accounting, marketing and computers.
The position involves a considerable amount of computer work, including spreadsheets, our hotel reservation software and point-of-sales system.
Ample opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience and advance.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is flexible, well-organised, with an eye for detail, and has lots of initiative. He/she is a multi-tasker who thrives in a team environment but is also be able to work independently. He/she has excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional customer service.
The candidate must also be conscientious, reliable, and have a good sense of humour!
Fluent english is a must but no experience necessary as on-job training will be provided. However, working history in administrative/office work and tourism/accommodation setting is an asset.
Starts immediately. Full time, part time and Internship Opportunities available.
Applicants for Full-Time positions must be able to work shifts - 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am (subject to change) and applicants for Internship positions must currently be enrolled in a hospitality/tourism or related course.
