Your Task
Handle check-in and check-out of guests, processing their identification and documents.
Handle guest requests and communicate with Reservations when required.
Assist guests with concierge services such as reservations and transport for guests.
Assist with housekeeping duties when required, to maintain general cleanliness of property.
Enforce house rules firmly and decisively to ensure that there is no breach from guests.
Requirements
Team player
Physically fit
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of English and another language
Good knowledge of Singapore (i.e. tourist attractions, getting around, etc.)
Flair for customer service
Must be able to manage stressful situations with grace.
