INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

Wavecell is offering an exciting opportunity to work as a Routing and Connectivity Management Trainee in an international and dynamic environment that allows personal and professional developments and the opportunity to learn and evolve in the Company based on performance and achievements.

The Routing and Connectivity Management Trainee will be able to apprehend:

·       Mobile Telecommunications and IT standard and protocols, Mobile messaging networks

·       Mobile messaging platforms and cloud services Operations and Customer Care tasks

·       Mobile messaging connectivity, traffic and Quality of Service (QoS) optimization

Internship Scope of Work:

·       Connectivity implementation, testing and optimization

·       QoS follow-up, optimization and reporting

·       Customers routing changes optimization

·       Supplier escalation and Customer Care Support level 1

Internship Requirements:

·       Demonstrated interest in Mobile Telecoms / IT and in customer care/supplier relationship management

·       Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

·       Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude

·       Creative thinking and problem solving
