- Job Description
1. Initiate and co-ordinate regular team meeting/conference call and ensure meeting minutes are distributed and timely follow up with relevant parties on action steps.
2. Working with Marketing (outside of Singapore) for new product launches and market sample requests.
3. Organize internal evaluation sessions of new products and update market sample library and product database
4. Consolidate info needed for Quarterly update/Olfactive Stars
5. Responsible for distributing quarterly Marketing update/newsletter/ sniffers
6. Support SDMs/Marketing in fragrance promotion kits
7. Support SDMs/Marketing on Client’s presentations/olfactive mapping / Unimap/ Fragrance Pyramids etc
8. Working with FF SDMs to set up a Fine Fragrance corner for weekly evaluation of FFs + FF evaluation sessions.
9. Decants of FFs
10. Mona Lisa fragrance library maintenance.
11. Other assistant work for BC team
Criteria
- Undergraduate preferably with Perfumery/Marketing/Science background
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint a must) preferably with photoshop
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Service-minded and good team player
- Dynamic and passionate with our industry
