4C is a global leader in data science and media technology for consumer behaviour, and we need you! We are looking for Account Executives to join our rapidly growing Account Management teams in Singapore. As a 4C Account Executive,you’d be working with media agencies in the Asia, supporting their social media efforts for top brands in various verticals.

The Account Management role at 4C requires someone with stellar strategic thinking skills, a solution-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and – wait for it – social media activation experience.

Your Task

Activate, manage, and optimize Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns on 4C Platform

Provide daily platform support and first class customer service. From the client feedback, you can contribute to the 4C Platform roadmap.

Run training sessions with new users to familiarise them with 4C services.

Maintain office hour sessions at client offices and remotely. Also you will manage bug reporting and solution management with the engineering team, as and when glitches arise.

Identify opportunities for account growth and social media education within the assigned account portfolio

Visit and travel to client sites as needed. You are likely to be dealing with Japanese clients!

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of social media activation experience

Deep knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn advertising products and native social ad platforms

Experience working directly with agencies and/or clients

Passion for analyzing data and presenting it in meaningful ways

Stellar written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional work ethic: proactively reach out to provide client service and able to work under pressure, manage, and prioritize among multiple tasks

Understands the inner workings of an advertising agency and general digital advertising principles with a desire to work in an innovative and nimble start-up culture
