Job Description
Application Interactive Media Engineer cum Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for the design and execution of all VODOKE systems, platforms and materials.
Hard Skills
• Strong programming skills in Java, Javascript, CSS and HTML
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, DreamWeaver
• Proficient with front-end UI development, familiar with libraries such as JQuery and PhoneJS
• Ability to perform creative design works in various interactive media
• An eye for good design/layout/typography and for detail
• Chinese language skills would be advantageous
Soft Skills
• Positive and open mindset with a can-do attitude
• Team player
• Good time management
Primary Responsibilities
• Design of all interfaces/designs/packaging for Vodoke core products
• Ensure timely development and updates on platforms
• Responsible for the design, layout and production of graphics collaterals in English and Chinese
• Support Sales Team in presentation materials
• Conceptualise and implement design, layout and technical aspects of the user interface for the applications of TV, Set-top box, smart phones and web
• Maintain and update the corporate website regularly
• Keep abreast of industry news, progress and related technologies
• Assist supervisor in adhoc matters
