Villa-Bali.com is meant to facilitate the search for the best villas in Bali. Our growing portfolio of handpicked villas includes close to 200 Villas all around Bali. We care deeply about the Villas we choose for our customers. Authenticity of the Villa, quality, customer service, and great locations are at the heart of what we do.
We are a web agency based in Singapore – with a focus on online travel marketing: we create and operate very targeted websites for travelers around the world. We have a young & motivated multinational team of 10 employees of 7 different nationalities.
We are now looking for a Customer Service Intern to help us supporting the growth of www.villa-bali.com :
Job Description:
- Contribute to the Start-up of our Customer Relation Management Project
- Manage incoming client requests on Villa-Bali.com
- Source new villas for customers when needed
- Weekly reporting to Company management
Candidate profile:
- Passion for Customer Service and for travel
- Great command of English. Any additional language is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, pragmatic, quick learner and autonomous.
Internship details:
- 600 SGD per month (full-time basis).
- Our office is located is located at the heart of Singapore, near Chinatown MRT station.
- Exchange students in Singapore are welcome to apply
