We are looking to expand our team to cater to our growing pool of customers. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and outgoing. 

Job Description
  • Work with internal departments to properly setup new accounts which include completion of customer application forms

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of services

  • Answering customers’ queries via phone call, email or social media chat

  • Comfortable to handle face to face with customers/prospects in regards to products related enquiries

  • Follow up and co-ordinate with internal parties to fulfill customers demand and/or resolve customers’ issues on delivery/order fulfillment

  • Ability to work once a month  on weekends and be compensated with weekdays off in lieu (e.g. weekends duties, Day Offs on Monday & Tuesday the following week)

  • Any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • ITE/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred but not mandatory

  • Proficiency in the English language is required

  • Good telephone manners with experience in handling customers

  • Knowledge of IT/Telco is an added advantage though not essential

  • Aggressive achiever with strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to meet set target

  • Highly motivated with a sense of commitment in providing quality service to customers

  • Ability to multi-task and complete routine tasks with level of accuracy

  • Work effectively within tight time schedule

  • Independent and excellent planner

  • Well groomed and with a friendly personality

Working hours, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Once a month weekend duties of the same working hours.
