We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individuals to be part of our VF family as Sales Associate/Senior Sales Associate for Kipling and Vans. Reporting to Store In-charge, the successfully shortlisted candidate will be responsible the delivery of VF brand promise to customers and stakeholder while upholding the VF values.
Other Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for store daily operation
- Provide personalized styling and consultation service for customer
- Assist in achieving store KPIs
- Provide professional customer services to customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Achieve monthly target for VIP membership cards recruitment (if applicable)
- Achieve monthly Mystery Shopper Program targets set by the Company
- Execute merchandising display according to the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation
- Ensure effective inventory management
- Able to operate and perform all POS functions accurately
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Candidate with more experience and good performance record may be considered as Senior Sales Associate)
- Preferably Non-Executive specialising in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin or another languages (as required to communicate with our customers)
- Is genuine, possess pleasant and cheerful service attitude
- Good learning attitude
- Enjoys engaging, working with and serving people
- High sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good team player
