- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure company operations are maintained in an efficient orderly manner.
- Coordinate and manage business travel and lodging arrangements.
- Monitor and process expense claims.
- Assist in appointment scheduling, meeting room booking etc.
- Assist in employee timesheet collection and validation.
- Responsible for collection, sorting and distribution of mail.
- Manage and keep track of office supplies.
- Assist in event management.
- Follow up on insurance matters.
- Assist in HR matters (Performance Reviews, HRM system, Recruitment, new staff onboarding, work pass applications, Training & Development).
Requirements
--‘Diploma/ Bachelor Degree holder.
-- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- - At least 2-5 years experience in administrative or HR work.
- - Meticulous, able to process requests in a timely manner.
-- Ability to prioritize work, follow-up on open actions
- - Works well in a team with positive working attitude.
- - Keen Learner.
- - Able to work independently.
- - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- - Able to start immediately.
- - Singaporeans, PRs only or Dependent Pass.
