Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general HR administration
  • Recruit new employees

  • In charge of new employees on-boarding things

  • Maintain and update employee profiles

  • Responsible for expense summary and timesheet summary

  • Maintaining all official records and in charge of inventory control

  • Organise monthly Meet-up lunch

  • Support MD with administrative issues

    Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Able to work independently as well as in team

  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and well organized

  • Able to start work immediately
