Responsibilities:
- Handle general HR administration
Recruit new employees
In charge of new employees on-boarding things
Maintain and update employee profiles
Responsible for expense summary and timesheet summary
Maintaining all official records and in charge of inventory control
Organise monthly Meet-up lunch
Support MD with administrative issues
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Able to work independently as well as in team
Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and well organized
Able to start work immediately
