Trybe is a registered charity that specialises in youth development. We exist to inspire youth to live passionate and purposeful lives that will make an impact on their communities.

Scope of Work
1. Planning, coordinating and executing of various events for the volunteers
- Events could range from casual meet ups, discussion forums, appreciation events, or training sessions.
- Crafting programme outline that will match the purpose of the events and achieve the desired outcome.
- Sourcing and coordinating with different vendors for the events.
- Running/hosting these events.
2. Setting up and refining processes within the Volunteer Management System.
- Managing volunteer database
- Streamlining and/or refining work process
- Coordinating with the different Divisions of Trybe
- Research on trends among the volunteers
