While traveling in Argentina in 2006, TOMS Founder Blake Mycoskie witnessed the hardships faced by children growing up without shoes. Wanting to help, he created TOMS Shoes, a company that would match every pair of shoes purchased with a new pair of shoes for a child in need. One for One®. What began as a simple idea has evolved into a powerful business model that helps address need and advance health, education and economic opportunity for children and their communities around the world
Responsibilities:
Undertake retail and customer service activities including:
Welcoming customers, offering assistance to purchases.
Recommending and assisting customers in selecting TOMS products.
Advising customers by providing information on One For One.
Customer experience management: build customers’ confidence and provide an overall welcoming experience for them.
Manage cash and payment systems shop in accordance to company procedures.
Requirements:
A sensible mind, a warm personality, and a fun demeanor.
Past experiences in Customer Experience, Retail, Sales, Front Desk Operations, Concierge, Cashier and other similar roles are welcome
People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication in English
