Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning and managing Marketing Technology projects
  • Understand client needs and requirements and propose suitable digital campaigns.
  • Assist in managing projects that require website and mobile app content updates.
  • Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage relationship with the client and stakeholders.
  • Manage and help to create marketing content for social media outreach purposes and in campaign micro sites and social applications (e.g. Facebook Apps.)
  • Provide analysis and recommendations when campaign strategies are reviewed.
  • Research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and objectives.
  • Generate reports and analytics of the campaign.
  • Be up to date with social media trends and development.
  • Contribute to company’s learning through weekly technology sharing sessions and all project closure meetings.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Knowledge and prior experience in PHP, WordPress, HTML, Drupal, MySQL is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Great communicator both written and verbal. Able to communicate requirements and expectations well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial in your approach and savvy value-added thinkers
  • Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand.
  • Constantly updated with current web trends.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools is an asset.
  • Ability to take on pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines.
  • Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfill tasks.
