Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.        Trust Administration support duties

n  Filing / Storing of emails into Viewpoint

n  Handle bank account opening including completion of forms and preparation of KYC information for banks for existing clients.

n  Assist team with administration requests, e.g. change of mailing address of trust and underlying companies with banks / insurance companies, preparation of instruction letters, resolutions for on-going administration of administered files, basic trust reviews particularly in following up with outstanding compliance matters, updating of viewpoint, compiling and handover of files to Labuan administration team and subscribing to new insurance policy.

n  Liaise with Labuan backroom office on any updates / change of authorized signatories, new bank accounts, client request etc and inform Labuan team to prepare resolutions, trust accounts etc.

n  Scan bank statements for team.

n  Assisting team to monitor debt collection for the portfolios and follow up on settlement of trustee fees.

n  Generating of Work in progress fees for billing and assisting in preparation of fee letters

n  Prepare minutes of team meetings

2.        Client Servicing

n  Assisting Trust Officer in drafting responsen to queries by banker / client in relation to the portfolios

n  Providing ad-hoc concierge services for specific ultra-high net worth clients

3.        Trust Review

n  Assisting Trust Services Team to prepare and complete  trust reviews

n  Ensure trust reviews for the portfolios are completed in a timely fashion, with adequate diary records maintained in Viewpoint.

Key Requirements:

n  Degree, majoring in Law or a related discipline.

n  Strong interpersonal skills.

n  Strong in spoken and written English with good communication skills.

n  Initiative, team player, good organising & coordinating skills and pleasant personality.
