Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in researching and growing our database in the Chinese market through phone, website and social media research.

He or she will be reporting to a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• To contribute to the Terrapinn team in a vibrant, professional and positive manner
• Carrying out qualitative research and grow the contacts in China
• To cross check content of existing data to ensure accuracy
• To make outgoing calls  and internet research for research purposes
• To assist in content marketing and researching efforts to put together industry-specific ebooks and infographics

Qualifications

• General awareness and understanding of the function of a Database/Marketing Researcher
• No experience required
• Minimum Poly/JC/Undergrad credentials
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Confident in handling general enquiries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & Excel
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player with good initiative
• Ability to work well with all levels of people
• High proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin
