Project Scope:
Field of Project: Microelectronics/ Optoelectronics Materials
Work nature: Product Design and Quality / Simulation & Modelling
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To plan, design and fabricate patterned devices with semiconductor/Silicon technology for sensor applications
- To tune processes(vacuum technology) and optimize the semiconductor devices for enhanced electronic properties
- To conduct optical & electrical measurements of the fabricated devices for sensor applications
- To perform climate/stress/heat experiments on sensors for stability and reliability studies
- To collect & perform data analysis for the semiconductor devices using Microsoft Excel & Origin scientific tools
- To read and understand literatures and reports about the sensing materials and devicesCandidate Background:
- Preferred Disciplines: Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering; Material Science & Engineering; Physics / Chemistry (Sciences)
- Multitasking and flexibility skills
- Applicants to be full time matriculated students.
