Job Description

-        Promptly and professionally receives all telephone calls and visitors.

-        Serving of beverages when required.

-        Booking of meeting/conference rooms.

-        General administrative duties.

-        Ensure maintenance & cleanliness of front desk & common receiving area.

-        Update internal telephone listing.

-        Handling courier.

-        Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients.

-        Assists in other administrative duties as needed and directed.

-        Proficient in handling incoming and outgoing calls and determines purpose of the callers

-        General office admin.

-        Store inventory maintenance.

-        Ensure the sufficient supply of pantry beverages and toiletries.

-        In charge of daily incoming / outgoing mails / fax.

-        Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.

-        Other administrative tasks, documentation and Maintaining orderly.

-        Receptionist duties, to answer phones, take messages, service front desk, record phones, filling documents and general offices duties (emails and courier).

-        Arrange local/overseas courier service and photocopier maintenance service.

-        Update phones and other contact lists.

-        Provide admin support to Administrative Manager.

-        Ad hoc assignments.
