§  Manage the operations and logistics of courses, liaise with hotel to book venues, liase with suppliers to print materials, prepare course collaterals

§  Update website with new events

§  Various office administrative duties

Come up with a marketing plan to promote events

§  Liaisse with external media partners to list our events on their website

§  Possesses integrity and honesty, be meticulous, able to check for errors, have good negotiation skills, is independent and dependable

§  Is diligent and responsible to self monitor and complete tasks with minimal supervision
