Job Description

- Perform a wide variety of executive duties as required by daily operations in the GCE office.

- Coordinate office activities and schedules.

- Develop, monitor and assess office procedures and systems to ensure smooth office operations.

- Review, evaluate and summarize miscellaneous mails, reports and documents to identify those items requiring priority attention of the Executive Director (ED).

- Prepare background documents and outgoing mails as necessary.

- Follow up on the assignments given to the management staff by the ED in a timely manner

- Prioritize, channel and facilitate communication from department heads, internal staff and external 3rd party through ED office.

- Process communication replies on own initiative or from ED’s dictation or notes

- Perform basic research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and recommendations as directed by ED

- Participate in corporate meetings and events e.g. Board and Exco meetings, Group Business Review, Group Business Mapping etc.

- Prepare meeting agenda, related meeting materials and minutes for corporate meetings and events.

- Act as liaison with IR consultants, analysts etc for IR-related matters

- Coordinate with and travel to offices in overseas for meetings or explore the business opportunity

- Ad-hoc.
