Gallery HUUE – Art and Craft Gallery Intern

Gallery Huue, based in Singapore, first opened its door in 2010 with focus on contemporary Korean art and craft. At Huue, we operate with two goals: to provide excellent tailored art consulting services to our clients and to ensure visitors to our gallery feel inspired by art. Our gallery is located in Newton, Singapore.

We are looking for an honest, hardworking individual who fulfills following requirements:
* Currently enrolled student in art related field or graduates with degree in art related field
* Proficient in oral and written English

* Proficient in using Photoshop/Illustrator and MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint
* Passionate about art
* Possesses proactive attitude

* Experience working in a gallery, museum, or auction house
* Ability to communicate in Korean
* Experience in graphic design

We offer full exposure to all aspects of the contemporary art world, a challenging but exciting job full of learning that will involve:
* Assisting exhibition planning/display and participation in Art Fairs

* Receptionist work - customer assistance & sales

* Organization of art works, files, and documents
* Art market and artist research

* Assistant to Art Director and Curator
* Working alongside the gallery owner and providing support & assistance in the management of the gallery
