The position is a sales engineer to work in a professional and fast-paced environment.
- Serves customers by selling our products; meeting customer needs.

Responsible for driving the sales cycle, from
lead qualifications through to closure.

Propose and market the range of products and
services
·        
Be the first point of contact from customers;
Handle orders / feedback / enquiries.
·        
Prepare documentation – quotations / invoices /
submissions.
·        
Provide technical consultation and service to
customers
·        
Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in
adapting to Company’s expectations and the challenges customers present you.
·        
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer
requests.
·        
Secure new customers consistently and
efficiently.
·        
Coordinate account strategy and contribute to
territory’s strategic plan.
·        
Successfully implement new product-launch
strategies.
·        
Deliver growth in market share within assigned
sales territory.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline is preferred.
 - HR & Payroll Process knowledge is an advantage
 - Interest and aptitude to master Company’s products
 - Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
 - Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests
 - Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to Company’s success.
 - Desire to better yourself through our intensive training, mentor-ship, engaged management, and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach.
 - Understand and abide by all company policies and procedures: including professional dress code, punctuality, attendance, and sales process policies
