- Job Description
- •Liaise with different departments for on boarding and off boarding processes.•Arrange interviews, book meeting rooms and liaise with candidates.•Provide assistance for Training Needs Analysis and training coordination.•Update employees’ data regularly and accurately into HRIS system.•Prepare letters and correspondences relating to HR.•Participate in HR events and projects (eg. Job fairs, WorkPro program, Workplace Health Awareness Programs)•Provide support to Recreation Committee in organizing employee welfare programs.•Act as the point of contact for employees’ queries and requests.•Various ad hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma / Degree undergraduates (preferably in HR) studying in Singapore currently•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Great problem analysis and solving skills•Should be detail oriented, organised, pro-active & independent•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office•Must be able to commit for a minimum period of 3 monthsWorking hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
