Role Description
The candidate reports to the IT Manager, providing hands on support to ensure the smooth running of business relating the IT infrastructure, data and voice. And providing effective communication with internal clients and maintaining a general positive spirit for the team. This role is on a contract basis from 1 June 2011 to 31 December 2011.

Key Responsibilities
•Service the IT and Telecommunications needs of the business.
•Ensure the consistent levels of service to maintain maximum ‘up time’ of business systems.
•Proactively provide support for the team and ensure that any requirements are re-empted or acted upon quickly to service the needs of the users or the team.
•Respond to support requests from users for support, service and advice.

Requirements
•Possess minimum qualification of Diploma in Information Technology, preferably with relevant working experience or equivalent.
•Proficient in Apple Macintosh hardware, software and OS X operating systems.
•Good understanding of Microsoft Windows network operating system environment.
•Basic knowledge of Desktop and Server.
•Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills, organized, meticulous and proactive.
•Must be a genuine team player who is willing to learn and able to work under pressure to deliver and adhere to tight deadlines.
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Able to start immediately would be an advantage.
