Job Description

THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated, genuineley passionate and entrepreneurial minded Head of Customer Happiness to take our Customer Service operations to the next level. You will work closely with our Head of Operations to ensure we keep on delighting our customers while keeping our fast growth.

This is a tremendous opportunity to join the company for such a position as we are in the midst of redefining our customer service processes and you will have a central role in helping us shaping them.

Both Internship and Full Time position available

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Answer customer queries on all sort of order related queries (deliveries, payments, etc) through means of email and phone calls
  • Follow through the entire order cycle from the moment a order is made to the final collection of the box
  • Liasing with our logisitcs provider in terms of interactive monitoring, scheduling and trouble shooting of our daily shipments
  • Proactively drive the optimization of our operation processes
  • Perform trend analysis on the customer satisfaction 
  • Facilitate root-cause investigation and follow-through on corrective actions

  • Is genuinely passionate about delivering happiness to customers
  • Has excellent communication skills (perfect verbal and written English)
  • Has laser focus attention to detail
  • Is a hard-working and driven person
  • Is a proactive problem solver
  • Is really passionate about start ups and building things (which he can prove it to us)
  • Has a positive attitude and likes to have fun, aka laughs a lot, while getting sh** done
  • (bonus skill) Has previous experience in customer service
