StyleTribute acts as an intermediate between sellers and buyers, taking care of the financial and logistic flows, the shooting & posting of the items for sale, the authenticity and quality check and the premium packaging of the items. StyleTribute generates its revenue by taking a commission of 25% on each sale of second-hand items. 


Job Description

The Role

Are you passionate about marketing and eCommerce? If so, StyleTribute is looking for a well-rounded, experienced and passionate Head of digital marketing to help grow our brand and build a solid infrastructure to power our growing internet project.

This role requires a motivated and hands-on candidate who can lead our marketing across Southeast Asia. Having a robust background in digital marketing is required along with good interpersonal and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day marketing activities across multiple channels, including search (Google, Yahoo) both paid and organic, social media (Facebook, Twitter), affiliates, display networks, real time bidding and mobile
  • Direct responsibility in campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis
  • Define the customer acquisition vision and strategy and coordinate with the local teams to design and develop global online marketing campaigns
  • Develop a point of view on industry trends and technology developments in the AdTech industry
  • Identify and test emerging technologies in the online advertising space
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Report progress on a monthly and quarterly basis, using industry tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising Platform.
  • Identify and meet marketing goals and objectives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree ­­­in marketing, business and/or related field preferred
  • Strong marketing background, with experience across multiple channels of marketing.
  • prior experience in ecommerce a strong plus

  • Exceptional understanding of digital marketing across the various marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliate, display, and other innovative marketplaces throughout the web and in eCommerce
  • Experience gathering site and channel data, data synthesis and analysis, quantitative evaluation, and developing data-driven strategic initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial and positive spirit, detail-oriented work style and strong sense of ownership
  • Result-driven with flexible work style and ability to perform under pressure
