StyleTheory is a fashion technology startup which aims to build every woman’s dream of having an infinite wardrobe. Armed with technology and a revolutionary business model, our subscribers will be able to have access to more than 1000 outfits (and growing) by paying a monthly subscription cost.
With StyleTheory, we believe that every woman will be able to experiment with any style she adores from any designers around the world.
StyleTheory is hiring an all-star intern. The ideal candidate is passionate not only about the fashion industry but the business behind it, entrepreneurial, self-starter, creative, and driven. The internship is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the fashion industry and experience building a fast-growing startup.
Your Task
Collaborate in a team setting to deliver results. As a business intern, you will be broadly concerned with assisting business operations in the company
Sample and inventory procurement and management. You will be liaising with and obtaining designer pieces from fashion brands.
Support the team at photo-shoots for the website and social media platforms.
Understand the logistic requirements and contribute to building the logistic process. Operation processed can always be more efficient and it is your task to suggest room for improvement.
Assist with social media marketing in order to reach out to StyleTheory's target audience and raise awareness among the general public.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college course or a diploma course
Candidates should be proficient in Excel.
Ability to synthesize and communicate analyses
Have a positive attitude, and willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved, and be extremely organized and detail oriented
Familiar with different forms of social media
Must be a scrappy self-starter who knows how to prioritize and take ownership without a lot of structure or guidance
