- StyleTheory is hiring a creative stylist. The ideal candidate is passionate not only about the fashion industry but the business behind it, entrepreneurial, self-starter, creative, and driven. The internship is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the fashion industry and experience building a fast-growing startup.
Responsibilities:- Support fashion styling and marketing on a day-to-day basis
- Photography of designer clothing for marketing purposes
- Content creation for a fashion technology startup
- Be accountable and own individual projects
- Collaborate with teammates and deliver projects on time
- Conduct marketing research, analyze results and distribute as appropriate
- Suggest new and innovative products, programs and ideas, contribute to brainstorms and bring a fresh perspective to the team
Qualifications:
- Passionate about fashion (you MUST live and breathe fashion)
- Currently enrolled in a fashion design course
- Portfolio of great styles, elegance and maturity
- Have a strong eagerness to learn and contribute
- Strong communication skills - written & verbal
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must be a scrappy self-starter who knows how to prioritize and take ownership without a lot of structure or guidance
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels
- Proficiency in photo editing software like photoshop
- Great fashion photography skills
- Must be willing to commit to at least 35 hours per week
