Job Description

The HR Talent Acquisition team is responsible for driving recruitment of executive personnel across the organization and also strengthening our talent pool. The team also works on exciting initiatives to further enhance the Employer Branding of Starwood. You will join the team in a suite of recruitment activities and gain exposure on how Starwood strategizes talent pipelining / succession planning to fill critical positions. When the opportunities arise, you can also expect to receive local and/or overseas cross-training exposure by taking part in global projects and initiatives.

You will ideally be a proactive undergraduate in Business Administration with a keen interest in Human Resources. You would possess strong written & verbal communication skills, strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
