Acquisition & Development (A&D) bridges the gap between Starwood’s vision and realization of its goals. This highly visible and critical team is responsible for site selection and analysis as well as deal structure management of Starwood’s properties. You will be involved in preparation of market research, presentations about Starwood’s brands and putting a model together to map and track the openings of competitive new hotels throughout Asia Pacific.

You will ideally be a meticulous and proactive undergraduate in Hospitality Management with strong communication and project management skills. You would possess good understanding of Financial Modelling and strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
