Job Description
Support the Finance team in Accounts Receivables and Account Payables processes.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and matching of receipts
- Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Preparation and mailing statement of accounts and reminders.
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Updating of fees schedule
- Assist in payment process
- Adhoc tasks
Skills:
- Possess basic accounting knowledge.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in common Microsoft software, especially Excel and SUN.
- Meticulous and able to cope with pressure.
- Team player.
