Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a high potential intern who is passionate and keen to establish long term career in the hospitality industry.
The incumbent will work for Starwood AP Human Resources team based in the Singapore’s office. The team is primarily responsible for driving recruitment of executive personnel for the key brands just to name a few such as St. Regis, Westin, Sheraton etc. Other main responsibilities including playing a supportive role in both administrative and specific key projects for the team.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  •  Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  •  Strong organization skills
  •  Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  •  An eye for detail and possess quantitative and analytical skills will be a plus
  •  Positive work attitude
  •  Good Team Player

QUALIFICATION STANDARD
  •  Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration or in any equivalent field with Human Resource/ Marketing knowledge/ experience.
