Startupbootcamp – Intern In Residence (Daily Operations)

We are looking for a talented young person who will support us in organising in our daily operations during our Startupbootcamp FinTech Accelerator program. You will be responsible for various tasks in the event management, operations, marketing and research and play a key role in creating the best Startupbootcamp Program ever.

You’re part of the FinTech team, based in the Block 79 in Singapore, and will have direct access to all entrepreneurial activities. Startupbootcamp FinTech is a leading innovation program in the financial industry of its kind worldwide, providing funding, mentorship, office space in the middle of the entrepreneurial heart of Singapore and access to a global network of investors and VCs, for up to 10 selected FinTech startups.

Requirements

We're looking for someone:

• based in Singapore (Local or PR)

• who understands setting up amazing events that have impact in the FinTech and entrepreneurship space

• who has basic understanding of social media channels

• who is calm under pressure, organised and able to be flexible, making adjustments at the last minute if necessary

• who knows how to work efficiently and takes ownership

• who gets stuff done, executes on the given tasks and is pro-active

• is a multi-tasker and enjoys working in a growing team

• full-time available for at least three months (you may stay longer or start earlier)

• who wants to find out how entrepreneurship works

Always nice if you have:

• startup experience - it’s a definite plus as there's no HR person or support staff to rely on

• insights in the FinTech industry

• a sense of humor - we enjoy what we're doing and love a good laugh
