Job Description
Sonnamera is a leading Specialty Foods Distribution firm operating throughout Singapore. They are the local distribution arm of The Asian Food Factory Pte Ltd that markets brands in Asia and Europe with dedicated offices in Moscow and the UK.

Sonnamera is hiring a full-time Personal Assistant! They are looking for an energetic, resourceful and dynamic individual who will be in charge of providing secretarial and administrative support such as coordinating appointments, meetings, filing and preparing expenses claims.
In addition, you will also get a chance to liaise with suppliers and handle their incoming and outgoing correspondence!

Your Task
Provide secretarial and administrative support.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, filing and prepare expenses claims.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Take minutes at all management meetings
Liaise with suppliers
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of experience preferred
Singaporeans/PRs only
