- Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of our team as Personal Assistant to the Director. This will begin as an internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months, with the option to convert into a permanent position based on your performance. You will work mostly out of our office near Jurong East MRT, but may occasionally be required to travel about for events and appointments.As Personal Assistant to our Director, you will be required to:1) Assist in running errands & performing administrative duties (filing, note-taking, organizing etc)2) Scheduling meetings, interviews, appointments etc3) Managing social media accounts - to update, create content4) Researching on various topics as assigned5) Fulfill any other duties as assignedYou also need to have the following skills:1) Excellent command of written and spoken English2) Passion for writing, photography, styling and design3) Excellent communication skills4) Disciplined, organized, meticulous and detail-oriented5) Ability to multi-task6) Experienced in social media - Facebook, Twitter etc7) Ability to work independently and unsupervised8) Highly motivated and pro-active9) Interest in fashion and lifestyle businesses is an advantageSingaporeans or PRs only.
