Responsibilities:
· Support all units on recruitment matters for operation staff
Advertisement done on a timely manner
Liase with job agencies and other mode of recruitment
Schedule and conduct interview for non-management staff up to Supervisory level
· Coordinate and conduct orientation for all new hires
Issue Letter of Appointment
Proper induction kit has been done for all new hires
Arrange for Pre-employment checkups and employment letters concerning employment of all operations staff
· Issue personal equipment such as uniform and safety shoes to operation staff during orientation
· Other duties as assigned by Recruitment Executive and HR Manager
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Management
- Excellent communication skills, organizational and planning skills
- Result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and desire to strive continuous improvement
- Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful with initiative and drive to do organized and meticulous work
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Complete understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality at all times
