Company Profile: We ( Dream Planner Organisation ) are a fast growing young agency force in the company.

We are currently looking for dynamic recruitment officer( RO) not only to learn the trade of the industry, but also actively be engaged in recruiting and management of the agency

Built with our strong family values, we seek personal growth regardless in our RO or agents
Time to time, we will include our RO to different courses to upgrade themselves.
Job Description: To first hand try and sharpen management skills to lead the part timers in the team

To equipped yourself with knowledge of the financial products not only in the insurance industry but also good wealth creation/accumulation tools in the market.

We have fixed monthly allowance and also commission( per recruit) payout.

Job scopes as following

1) To handle the agency recruitment portfolios

2) To shortlist and interview shortlisted candidates

3) Run/Train part timers group for the organisation

Keen learner who is willing to be mentored
