Job Description
- Monitoring the food preparation as follow the Sodexo School Meal Guide;
- Ensure the right meal to be served especially the specific diet included Halal, no gluten, no lactose & no egg diet;
- Guide the food service staffs in food portioning for juniors and seniors;
- Nutritionally analyze the school meals with the appropriate recipe for Athlete;
- Presenting the nutrition information through the poster at school canteen;
- Training and TBT talk for staffs related to school meal guide, food traffic light system, allergen handling on-site.
