SOCOMEC is therefore perfectly equipped to ensure its ambitious future on a worldwide basis.

Job Scope

- Checking forms - Customer and Supplier Database input



- Set up master database for tender applications which are finance related



- Assist in filing payment vouchers and employee re-imbursements processed



- Month end reconciliation setup for various accounts like accruals.



- Administrative:- Sorting incoming mails (supplier invoices)



- Clean up the Fixed asset schedule, fixed asset register, fixed asset tagging



- Interco Purchase and AP payment process. Vouch and check payments against PO/Supplier invoices



- Implement schedules for P&L and Balance sheet to be re-vamped and performed on monthly basis



- Possible cyclical stock take that can be performed at mid year

We are looking for an independent individual with a drive to make things work, especially individual with the following qualities:

• Highly communicative and pleasant personality

• Adept in MS office especially on Excel

• Self-motivated individual with initiative who enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
