- Job Description
- We are looking for highly-motivated and smart interns who are comfortable with learning and using new platforms/software to join our rapidly expanding team! You're perfect for our team if you are passionate about eCommerce and want to gain hands-on experience in:
• Email marketing - conceptualize, execute and report on email marketing programs aimed at increasing leads, engagement and revenue. Optimize campaigns through extensive testing and segmentation.
• Customer analytics – pick up customer behavioural insights through analysis of big data and leverage on these to increase targeting. Keep abreast of trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Data reporting – review campaign metrics and prepare key management reports to aid understanding of campaign performance and ROIs.Skills/competencies required:
• Strong communication ability and willingness to learn
• Highly meticulous and good with numbers
• Strong analytical ability with keen interest in technology and systems• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with HTML or SQL coding is a plus
