- Are you a highly-motivated individual who is a quick learner and comfortable with using new platforms/software? Would you love to gain hands-on experience in the field of CRM? We are on the lookout for passionate individuals with a keen interest in the eCommerce industry to join our rapidly expanding team!What to expect:• Fun environment with friendly people!• Conducive environment in learning more about the growing eCommerce industry• Hands on experience in email marketing - conceptualize, execute and report on email marketing campaigns. Working with established clients on their eDMs.• Customer analytics – pick up customer behavioral insights through analysis of big data and leverage on these to increase targeting. Keep abreast of trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns.• Campaign reporting – review campaign metrics and prepare management reports to aid understanding of campaign performance and ROIs.Skills/competencies required:• Strong communication ability and willingness to learn• Highly meticulous• Strong analytical ability and good with numbers• Keen interest in email marketing/eCommerce-related systems• Proficiency in MS Excel• Experience with HTML or SQL coding would be a plus!
