What to expect:

• Fun environment with friendly people!

• Hands on experience in email marketing - conceptualize, execute and report on email marketing campaigns aimed at increasing leads, engagement and revenue. Optimization of campaigns through extensive testing and segmentation. Working with clients on their eDMs. 

• Customer analytics – pick up customer behavioural insights through analysis of big data and leverage on these to increase targeting. Keep abreast of trends and best practices to enhance effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Campaign reporting – review campaign metrics and prepare key management reports to aid understanding of campaign performance and ROIs.

Skills/competencies required:

• Strong communication ability and willingness to learn

• Highly meticulous 

• Strong analytical ability and good with numbers

• Keen interest in email marketing/eCommerce related software and systems

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Experience with HTML or SQL coding would be a plus!
