Interns will be exposed to the daily running operations of a retail outlet and given a unique experience in the management of a retail business in the areas of store management, marketing, retail promotion and branding in the wedding industry.
Job Scope
- Assisting with Retail Back Office administration
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build rapport and customer loyalty
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs
- Promoting products and services at event shows
- Provide inventory updates and alerts to supervisor
- Coordinating with advertising and promotions merchants
