- This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing company in Singapore at an early stage ofdevelopment!We are looking for intern to support our Accounting department.Main responsibilities: Processing of Sales order and invoices Maintaining Sales order and invoice spreadsheet which exclude inter-company transactions Processing of purchase invoices, petty cash, staff’s reimbursement and other expenses claims Input of bank transactions for both payments and receipts in the accounts system Assist in month-end closing and bank reconciliations Assist in Quarterly GST submission and general claims (i.e. PIC, Spring, ICV) submissions Filing and administrative roles Assist in company auditing Other ad hoc duties assigned to youFirst and foremost we are looking for people passionate about the simpleshow brand and its products. Students with focus on accounting Positive and detailed-oriented Good organization skills Computer savvy Ability to work independently & excellent time management
