. Access and control over our customer service hotlines and on-site feedback channels
· Listen to feedback, process the information, and deliberate a best-response in line with the team’s business objectives.
· Assist the rest of the local operations team in fulfilment, business process optimization, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
· Support all communications efforts in the case of PR emergency.
For all of the above, you will need to have:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken.
· Able to converse well in English, (speaking mandarin as well would be a plus)
· Able to connect and understand customer needs in an empathetic, patient manner
. Sociable, fun-loving and extroverted
· A strong will to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Some customer service, PR, sales and/or business operations background may help.
