Your main job scope involves assisting the Regional Operations Team in continuing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

Your main job scope involves assisting the Regional Operations Team in continuing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Managing major customer relationship management channels – the phone hotline and onsite feedback form, responding to feedback quickly and relevantly.
- Responding to customers’ feedback using appropriate measures (don’t worry, our team will guide you along!)
- Assist the Marketing Team in outreach and partnerships efforts.
- Playing a pivotal role in reconciliation and crisis communications efforts in the case of PR emergency.
- Able to converse in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Well-versed in interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Able to commit at least six months for the internship (about Jan 2015 – Jun 2015).
- An active listener; being empathetic to customers’ needs yet being objective at the same time.
- Able to think on your feet and have a strong will to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Fresh A-level or ORD personnel are welcome!
