Job Description
We are rapidly expanding in the region and business operations will be major part in this growth. Shopback’s operations intern this summer will be key to ensuring success and optimization in this growth. As part of the operations team, you will work closely with the team’s Director in major projects that will give you magnificent insight into the industry and the region. Main roles and responsibilities

- Manage existing merchants, source for new merchants, and follow through the necessary due diligence in merchant onboarding
- Manage key customer experience channels – phone hotline and email, and responding the customers’ feedback and requests
- Providing decision support frameworks for business decisions through development of key metrics and performance indicators
- Work closely with business and marketing interns to follow through and assist in the implementation of growth strategies
- Confident and able to communicate effectively, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical, able to think logically, and highly meticulous
- Conscientious, hardworking, and readily willing to learn
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus but not necessary
