Job Description
Responsibilities
As part of the operations team based in Singapore, you will work closely with the Director of Operations in fulfilling the role of providing a wonderful customer experience to our shoppers. We want you if you love to help others save money while shopping online!
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Managing the two main customer outreach channels – phone hotline and onsite feedback form, and responding quickly and relevantly.
  • Listen to customer’s needs and requests, process the information, and deliberate a best-response in line with the team’s business objectives.
  • Assist the rest of the local operations team in fulfillment, business process optimization, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
  • Head all reconciliation, damage control, and crisis communications efforts in the case of PR emergency.
Requirements
For all of the above, you will need to be:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken.
  • Able to converse in English and fundamental Malay.
  • Active listener and empathetic, yet objective, business-oriented, and able to think and respond on your feet at the same time.
  • A strong will to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Some customer service, PR, sales and/or business operations background may help.
