- Research
- Monitor and analyse social media campaigns
- Design digital graphics for use in marketing campaigns or website
- Touching up on digital photos
- Collaborate with Customer Relations department to ensure timely, constructive response and action taken on all customer complaints
- Marketing
- Photo-taking
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONSRequirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liase with customers) preferred but not a must
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is highly desired
- Familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
